This role involves ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, maintaining compliance with SOPs and Good Production Practices, monitoring product quality and food safety, managing performance metrics, and enforcing HR and safety policies. The supervisor will also manage timekeeping and training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment (poultry or meat manufacturing strongly preferred, but open to food production, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, correct, and motivate teams.
• Ability to work in a cold, wet, production-floor environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with hourly associates, peers, and leadership.
• Ability to analyze production data and make real-time decisions.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Ability to work Night Shift and maintain reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kronos and Oracle HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and the department is staffed appropriately each day.
• Maintain compliance with all SOPs and Good Production Practices.
• Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and process controls.
• Address defects, implement corrective actions, and uphold HACCP and USDA regulatory requirements.
• Achieve key operational KPIs including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A-Grade %.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
• Enforce HR and safety policies.
• Manage timekeeping and time-off requests in Kronos/Oracle HCM.
• Ensure timely completion of all required training.
