About The Position

Naylor Building Partnerships is seeking a Condominium Operations Manager to support its Residential HVAC Service department. This role specializes in working with property managers, management companies, and aiding with in-suite services within the condominium market. The position requires flexibility to travel throughout the GTHA.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• OLCM or RCM designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage service level commitments and ensure operating teams deliver in accordance with established procedures for assigned portfolios.
• Attend start up meeting to ensure that delivery of in-suite services adheres to Naylor Standards.
• Assist in scheduling annual/bi-annual in-suite inspections.
• Promptly address customer inquiries to maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist sales team with the development and growth of business within the residential market.
• Conduct site visits and equipment surveys for prospective clients.
• Participate in sales events, tradeshows and board meetings as required.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
