About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Condominium Janitorial Supervisor. The role involves working in assigned areas of the building, supervising personnel according to contractual obligations, and collaborating with the C&E Operations Manager, Building Manager, and Chief of Maintenance. The primary goal is to maintain the building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition while upholding professionalism in a residential environment.

Requirements

• Marble, carpet, and vinyl care experience.
• Expert janitorial services.
• Condominium building operation experience, customer service.
• Communication skills.
• U.S. Work authorization.
• Experience in supervising and managing multiple employees under your direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Working on assigned areas of the building.
• Supervise personnel according to contractual obligations.
• Work with the C&E Operations Manager, the Building Manager & Chief of Maintenance.
• Maintain a building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
