About The Position
Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Concrete Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate projects, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
Requirements
- Experience leading concrete construction crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Organized, accountable, and driven to deliver results
Nice To Haves
- Procore experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Foremen and concrete crews on multiple projects
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
- Review plans and help develop efficient project execution strategies
- Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress
- Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and punch list reviews
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward
- Maintain project updates in Procore
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
