About The Position

Q3 Contracting has immediate openings for Concrete Restoration Laborers. The position is based out of the company’s office in Grand Junction, Colorado, with frequent travel to job locations throughout Colorado’s western slope. Q3 Contracting is a division of Primoris Services Corporation and provides construction contracting services to customers in the gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications industries.

This union position involves manual restoration work, including concrete patching, sod restoration, blacktop, and asphalt work, as well as other restoration duties assigned by the foreman. Pay is based on the union pay scale. The posting mentions weekly pay, overtime opportunities, growth opportunities, and sick time under Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Requirements

• Experience as a concrete or asphalt crew member.
• Dependable and willing and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds daily and continually.
• Ability to drive on a stop-and-start basis daily and continually.
• Ability to continuously lift and place materials; stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, crouch, speak, and hear.
• Close vision for some functions, and distance and peripheral vision for safety.

Nice To Haves

• A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor for concrete patch work.
• Perform sod restoration.
