Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Must possess and maintain a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B) and no DUI’s or DWI’s in the last 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
Be at least 18 years of age in South Carolina, Be at least 21 years of age in Georgia
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a Concrete Pump Operator
Be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
Perform the four basic arithmetic operations

Responsibilities

Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently to deliver products to job sites.
Inspect, set up, and maintain pumping machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Work closely with management to meet area-level operational goals.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, representing the company positively at all times.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate operations.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
