About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Concrete Project Director to oversee and support all projects and teams within our concrete division in the Utah Market. This role is for an exceptional construction leader with a passion for driving continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes. The position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, along with perks and benefits including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, vehicle pay, and liberal paid time off (PTO).

Requirements

Extensive experience within building foundations, vertical structures, tilt, flatwork, etc.
Proven leadership experience with an emphasis on continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes.
Problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

A degree in construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the project managers and teams, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects.
Act as a key driver for continued growth and market expansion within structural and site concrete scopes.
Facilitate efficient scheduling with exceptional organizational skills.
Keep a pulse on all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction.
Maintain an excellent rapport with customers at all times, conducting oneself with integrity and using exceptional communication skills.
Promote the company's success.
Inspire project managers to take pride in their work and understand expectations.
Delegate efficiently and appropriately.
Travel and meet with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
Help achieve company goals as a successful and trusted construction contractor nationwide.
