About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Concrete Project Director to oversee and support all projects and teams within our concrete division in the Utah Market. This role is for an exceptional construction leader with a passion for driving continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes. The position is a critical role for the company.

Requirements

Extensive experience within building foundations, vertical structures, tilt, flatwork, etc.
Proven leadership experience with an emphasis on continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Goal-oriented.
Ability to look for ways to improve.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

A degree in construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the project managers and teams within the concrete division.
Bear the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects.
Act as a key driver for continued growth and market expansion within structural and site concrete scopes.
Facilitate efficient scheduling.
Keep track of all aspects of each project.
Check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction.
Maintain an excellent rapport with customers.
Promote the company's success.
Inspire project managers to take pride in their work and understand expectations.
Delegate efficiently and appropriately.
Travel and meet with employees and customers on a regular basis.
