About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Concrete Project Director to oversee and support all projects and teams within its concrete division in the Utah Market. This role is critical for driving continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes. The position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, along with rich perks and benefits including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a 401k plan with match, vehicle pay, and liberal paid time off (PTO). The Concrete Project Director will bear ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects, acting as a key driver for growth and market expansion. The role involves facilitating efficient scheduling, monitoring all project aspects, and maintaining excellent rapport with customers through regular check-ins and communication. The director is expected to promote the company's success, inspire project managers, and delegate efficiently, which allows for regular travel to meet employees and customers rather than constant on-site presence. Requirements

  • Extensive experience within building foundations, vertical structures, tilt, flatwork, etc.
  • Proven leadership experience with an emphasis on continued growth and market expansion for structural and site concrete scopes

  • A degree in construction management is preferred

Responsibilities
