Concrete Patcher
About The Position
The Concrete Patcher performs under the direction of the finisher foreman/lead and carries out assignments related to concrete placement, finishing, curing, cutting, based on the proper selection of equipment, materials and finishing sequence needed to deliver an acceptable end product. The Concrete Patcher will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience and/or training.
- Experience repairing concrete defects
- Know how to chip and grind defective concrete
- Know how to mix cement, sand and other materials to create patching mixes to repair concrete defects
