Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors

Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete cutting and core drilling
- Set up, clean, and maintain equipment
- Load and organize tools and materials
- Follow safety procedures on job sites
- Support the crew daily
