As a Concrete Mixer Driver at Hope Concrete, you will play a vital role in our operations by transporting essential construction materials to various job sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include safely operating company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, loading and unloading materials in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our valued customers, collaborating with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules, conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, and providing exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand.
Requirements
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools
Responsibilities
- Safely operating company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Loading and unloading materials in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our valued customers
- Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules
- Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Providing exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand

- Total compensation range from $68-80k/year, including opportunity for weekly bonuses and consistent overtime.
