About The Position

Ram Jack St. Louis is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to lead our growing concrete leveling and specialty repair division. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, operating specialized equipment, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. This is not a traditional labor-intensive construction position. We are looking for a mechanically inclined professional who can troubleshoot field conditions, communicate effectively, stay organized, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and handle construction materials and equipment as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and construction equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Perform polyurethane concrete leveling and stabilization
• Complete structural crack injections and concrete repair work
• Install carbon fiber reinforcement systems
• Operate specialized pumping and injection equipment
• Evaluate jobsite conditions and adjust installation methods as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and field challenges independently
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
