About The Position

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers and/or Finishers to join our team to perform work in the Greater Chicago area. Construction duties may include: Concrete repair, Concrete demolition, Concrete placement and finishing, Formwork / carpentry, Rebar replacement, Caulking, Expansion joints, Coating application, Carbon Fiber installation.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of construction industry experience; concrete experience is a plus.
• Industrial plant experience is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided to motivated candidates.
• Valid TWIC card is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required. Must be willing to commute daily to local sites.
• Willingness to travel outside the Chicago area as project needs dictate.
• Must be a reliable and motivated team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and computer skills required, including the ability to complete online training.
