A concrete laborer is responsible for designing and building forms, digging out or breaking up old concrete, pouring concrete, and spreading and smoothing concrete with various relevant tools to meet project specifications. This is a very physical, hands-on position. The Concrete Laborer will perform General Physical Activities — physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, or stooping. Will lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to high noise or low-lit areas. Perform work outdoors with exposure to inclement weather or traversing uneven terrain.
