Concrete Laborer

Alpha Inc
Onsite

About The Position

This isn’t just manual labor — it’s the foundation of everything we build. As a Concrete Laborer at Alpha Inc., you’re not standing around waiting for instructions. You’re in it — moving materials, supporting pours, setting forms, and helping transform raw ground into finished structures that will stand for decades. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a crew that depends on you to stay sharp, move fast, and operate safely in a high-performance environment. If you take pride in hard work, respect the process, and want to level up your skills in the field — this is where it starts.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of concrete or construction experience preferred
  • Able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable climbing on, off, and under equipment
  • Physically durable — bending, kneeling, standing, and moving all day
  • Skilled with basic tools and willing to learn more
  • Dependable — you show up, follow through, and adapt
  • Safety-focused — you don’t cut corners, ever
  • Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
  • Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawaiʻi and federal law.
  • Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawaiʻi statutory requirements.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor employment visas. Employment eligibility will be verified upon hire.
