About The Position

Tricon, a leader in the Industrial Services Industry in the San Antonio, Texas area, is seeking Concrete Laborers for a full-time opportunity. This is a family-owned company committed to employee career goals, with safety as a top priority. Exciting plans are in place for 2026.

Requirements

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing preferred.
• 1 year of heavy equipment operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Assisting with concrete formwork and reinforcement.
• Operating hand and power tools for concrete finishing.
• Assisting with form setting and mucking.
• Assisting with the placement and finishing of concrete slabs and structures.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Following safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
