Responsibilities
- Operate concrete grinding and polishing machinery to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, etching, and repairing as necessary.
- Select appropriate grinding pads and techniques based on concrete type.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members, effectively communicating on project progress.
- Perform quality control checks to meet project specifications.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
