Concrete Foreman
About The Position
The Concrete Foreman is responsible for coordinating all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality, ensuring work is performed safely, and preventing unsafe actions or behaviors. This role involves daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking, and suppliers. The Foreman will utilize HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, production reports, and daily timecards. A key aspect of the role is understanding plans and specifications, including ADA requirements, slope, and grade, and communicating effectively with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Assure all safety procedures are followed
- Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekends
- Must pass a pre employment drug screening and background check
