Concrete Flatwork Laborer - Milwaukee Area
About The Position
Being part of Cru means you get paid to work outside. You’ll stay busy year-round, head home to your own bed every night, and avoid becoming “that person” who only sees daylight on weekends. It also means you’re with a solid, stable company where you can level up your skills, grow your career, and actually move up—no waiting 10 years for a promotion that comes with a slightly nicer chair. As a Flatwork Laborer at our Milwaukee location, you will assist with the set up of interior and exterior flatwork projects, pour stone and concrete, and be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets. Cru consistently partners with the largest builders in the state. We’re a continually growing company that knows how to weather the ups and downs of the economy. Another Cru advantage: We innovate with technology that helps us outperform our competitors and allows our crews to work more safely and efficiently.
