About The Position
Kinsley Materials is seeking a Concrete Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by answering inbound calls, collecting order details, and entering accurate information into our order tracking system. Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Collect and confirm key order information, including material type, quantity, delivery details, and job site location.
- Accurately enter all order data into the internal order log system.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and sales teams as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving general inquiries and escalating issues appropriately.
- Maintain organized call records and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
