About The Position
Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking motivated and dependable Concrete Delivery Professionals to work at ready-mix concrete plants in Florida. The role involves safely operating a mixer truck to deliver concrete to customers’ job sites, handling concrete discharge equipment, and checking drum conditions to ensure products meet customer specifications. The position requires effective communication with customers, dispatch, and team members, along with excellent customer service. Drivers work six days per week, Monday through Saturday, and are home nightly. Prior ready-mix concrete or construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B.
- Driving record that meets company standards.
- Ability to work six days per week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a mixer truck to deliver concrete products efficiently to customer job sites.
- Attach chutes and operate concrete discharge.
- Monitor drum conditions to ensure concrete meets customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and fellow team members while providing excellent customer service.
