About The Position
Whaley Construction, LLC is hiring for an experienced Concrete Bridge Foreman to join our team. The right candidate must have experience in bridge construction. This role will supervise field operations for concrete bridge projects, directly supervising and coordinating activities of the bridge crew, and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.
Requirements
- Experience in bridge construction.
- Must be able to supervise field operations for concrete bridge projects.
- Must be able to directly supervise and coordinate activities of bridge crew.
- Ability to engage in trade work of employees being supervised.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Ability to report daily on digital project management software about time and material.
- Ability to monitor safety orientations and provide coaching.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervises concrete bridge crew.
- Reports on work to Superintendent.
- Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications.
- Reports daily on digital project management software about time and material.
- Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, provides coaching for improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
