Enhances and improves the SRIM experience for residents, families, and visitors, promotes the core value of the Golden Rule, answers the telephone courteously, and executes routine clerical work. This role involves interacting with residents, families, and visitors with empathy and kindness, assisting with new hire scheduling, supporting the Business Office Manager, handling mail, typing correspondence, responding to resident requests, greeting visitors, answering questions for prospects, and communicating effectively with residents in a manner they can understand. The position also ensures residents are signed out when leaving the community, follows instructions, practices safe working habits, observes and reports safety hazards, knows residents and families by name, follows established policies and procedures in emergency situations, works as a team player, demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude, complies with attendance policies, attends trainings and meetings, wears appropriate attire, refrains from discussing resident care issues with external parties, follows HIPAA regulations, assists with training new employees, takes initiative, and takes on special projects. Additionally, the role may involve housekeeping, laundry duties, and serving residents in the dining room.
