About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors at our senior living community. This role provides hospitality, light clerical support, and assistance with daily resident needs. This open position is for Saturday and Sunday only.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., walk, stand, and perform light clerical duties.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct community tours for prospective residents and guests.
  • Manage resident mail, packages, and administrative tasks such as faxing, mailing, and document support.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, submit work orders, and assist with emergency situations as needed.
  • Participate in in-services, and staff training.
  • Maintain security awareness and follow concierge desk guidelines.
