Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
  • Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Support events, reservations, and resident activities
  • Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe, high-quality experience
