About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. This role involves greeting residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed, and treating all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment

Responsibilities

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
• Always strives to exceed expectations
