About The Position

Make arrangements and plan itineraries for Guests. Offer information about the property and Las Vegas as requested. Must have excellent Guest relation skills, be organized, and detail oriented. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Be familiar with local entertainment, dining, shopping and other activities.
• Be able to obtain a Non-Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
• Must have schedule flexibility.

Nice To Haves

• One-year concierge experience at a luxury resort preferred.
