About The Position

Planned Lifestyle Services is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Concierge to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and help provide a positive experience at the property. The role includes offering individualized services based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations, as well as helping maintain a welcoming and orderly lobby.

This is a part-time position in Silver Spring, Maryland, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The pay rate is $19.50.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• A desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help tenants access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
