About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, professional full-time Concierge to join our team! Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Concierge will coordinate resident appointments, provide clerical support for administrative and nursing staff, be responsible for incoming and direction of phone calls, and will act as departmental liaison.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well with the senior population
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities
