In this role, you'll be the face of our community, creating exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in a receptionist, concierge, front desk, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Hospitality, hotel, resort, senior living, or healthcare experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors sign in and follow community procedures.
- Provide information about our community, services, and amenities.
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Notify residents and department leaders when guests arrive.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
