Accountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers, including patients and families. This is a highly visible role responsible for greeting patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups. The Concierge serves as an information resource and navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community. They promote services within the facility and/or department, collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure information is current and up to date. Additionally, the Concierge provides technology support by assisting with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment needs, and room set-up and tear down as needed. They also seek to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement.
