The Concierge serves as the primary lobby greeter, setting a positive and efficient tone for member experiences. This role involves actively practicing name recall, ensuring the MyMAX Perks area is stocked and clean, and maintaining the lobby's atmosphere. The Concierge will respond to inquiries, process stop payments and check orders, and provide referrals. Additionally, this position involves cross-training with lobby associates, supporting account openings, and cross-selling Credit Union products and services. Professionalism in grooming, communication, and demeanor is expected, aligning with MAX's Personnel Policy Manual. Responsibilities also include encoding ATM and debit cards, managing member records, collaborating across departments, and upholding core values. The role requires a member-first mindset and completion of all required training.
