About The Position

As the Concierge, you are one of the first impressions for all our visitors at St Elizabeth Rehab & Nursing. Your warm and welcoming disposition play a very important role in providing residents, families and visitors with excellent customer service. Requirements

A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in a medical office or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass background checks and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in retirement living, nursing homes, or adult day care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet new residents and their families, providing tours of the facility and answering any questions they may have.
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, ensuing they have access to information about facility services, activities, and local resources.
Coordinate appointments for residents with various healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and specialists.
Assists with dining, entertainment, and other activities, ensuring residents have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Assist resident with daily tasks.
Assist with resident transport to and from dialysis.
Address resident concerns and requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing the facility in a positive and welcoming manner.
Works closely with other facility staff, including nurses, therapist, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, requests, and activity participation
