About The Position

Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community in Timonium, Maryland is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and upbeat Concierge to join our team. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience working in a Front Desk position, have a genuine interest in working with the senior population, excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, be reliable and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• greeting residents and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
• receiving all incoming calls and ensure questions and concerns are directed to the appropriate person
• scheduling appointments for services as needed
• contacting emergency personnel/security
• keeping up to date on community events
• organizing and delivering packages
• operating AV equipment including a projector, DVD player, streaming devices and microphones
• provide administrative support and maintain the flow of the front desk operations
