Concierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties. This role involves greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner, managing the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors, handling and directing incoming phone calls, informing residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries, and accommodating residents’ requests for assistance by referring to other staff as necessary.
