About The Position

Vi at La Jolla Village is seeking a Concierge for the Night Owl shift (11pm-7:30am). This role is an opportunity to join a highly accomplished resident services team, welcoming and directing residents and guests, answering questions, addressing simple resident needs, monitoring emergency response and community systems, and receiving and directing incoming calls. Requirements

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
• Excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to deal with stress and act responsibly with good judgment in an emergency situation.
• Ability to use a resident and customer- focused approach to problem solving.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
