Concierge is the first point of contact and sets a warm and welcoming tone for anyone who visits our communities. The Concierge team is responsible for greeting visitors, answering the phone, relaying messages, and performing the highest level of customer service. They complete administrative duties to support multiple departments within the community and is also a key point of contact during any emergency at the community.
