We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support.

- Compassion for and commitment to serving seniors
Nice To Haves
- Receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a positive attitude
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with resident requests and provide information about community services and activities
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate communication between departments
