About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Concierge to join their team. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. The role requires individuals who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence, working together to make senior residents feel at home in their communities.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
• Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed.
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
