The Concierge serves as the primary lobby greeter, setting a positive and efficient tone for member experiences. This role requires demonstrating poise, friendliness, and enthusiasm, along with actively practicing name recall and service recognition to anticipate member needs and deliver personalized service. The Concierge is responsible for maintaining the MyMAX Perks area, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and welcoming, and proactively managing the lobby's atmosphere to align with the Credit Union's brand and service standards. Additionally, the Concierge handles inquiries about services and accounts, processes stop payments and check orders, and provides referrals for prompt resolution. This role involves cross-training with lobby associates, supporting account opening, and stepping in to perform associate duties as needed to ensure seamless operations. The Concierge actively cross-sells Credit Union products and services based on member needs, tracks referrals and promotions, and contributes to sales goals. Professionalism in grooming, communication, and demeanor is expected, in line with MAX's Personnel Policy Manual. Responsibilities also include encoding ATM and debit cards, managing member-related records, collaborating across departments, upholding core values, and completing all required training.
