The Concierge is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for residents and guests while supporting the daily operations of the community's common areas and amenities. As a visible and approachable member of the property team, the Concierge will serve as a resource for residents, assist with general questions and requests, and help maintain an organized and welcoming environment. The Concierge will help observe incoming package activity, maintain the organization of designated package areas, assist residents with general package-related questions, and promptly communicate concerns involving misplaced, damaged, or unattended packages to the appropriate member of the management team. This position does not assume responsibility for the security or condition of packages but serves as an additional point of support and communication for residents.
