About The Position

One Southdale Place is seeking a professional part-time overnight concierge to join their team in Edina, MN. As the concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. This team member is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and has a professional appearance and attitude.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
6 months of related work experience required.
Customer service-related work experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Windows computer environment.
Basic knowledge of office procedures, including filing, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to work with frequent interruptions.
Willing to learn and utilize new technology.
Customer service orientation. Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors, and others to achieve objectives.
Implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Appropriately maintain financial and other Company confidential information.

Responsibilities

Creates a positive impression of StuartCo by always greeting visitors cordially, using empathy and tact, to make sure their individual needs are met.
Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature about trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
Providing a high level of service at a luxury apartment community’s 24/7 concierge desk.
Scheduling airport car service and club room reservations.
Vacation Services.
Assistance with packages and dry cleaning service.
Maintenance services requests.
Monitoring security cameras.
Responding to phone and email inquiries from residents.
