About The Position

The concierge team is responsible for ensuring that all guest activities, spa services, and dining times are booked and that all guests' requested expectations are met. This role involves completing pre-arrival communications, acting as a point of contact for guests, gathering and maintaining guest information, creating unique guest experiences, reviewing and auditing bookings for accuracy, and communicating guest preferences to other team members and departments. The role also requires monitoring website content for accuracy. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, consistent attendance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and interact positively with guests.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate well with guests and fellow staff
  • Non-verbal communication skills are important
  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them promptly
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart
  • Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Completes pre-arrival emails and calls before guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times.
  • Be a point of contact for guests before their arrival to inform them of special events during their stay and answer any questions they may have.
  • Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database.
  • Creates unique memorial experiences for our guests.
  • Review traces daily and confirm information with other departments.
  • Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments.
  • Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted.
