About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Concierge to join our weekend team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE. Hillcrest Grand Lodge provides a welcoming senior living environment where residents are supported with personalized services, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of community. Our Concierge team plays an important role in helping residents, families, visitors, and guests feel welcomed, supported, and confident that their needs will be handled with care. At Hillcrest, our mission is simple: Inspiring people to live their best lives. As a Concierge, you will serve as an important point of contact for residents while supporting the evening and weekend operations of Grand Lodge Concierge Services. You will assist with resident needs, personalized services, community operations, and administrative support throughout your shift. The position combines resident services, front-desk support, security monitoring, administrative assistance, and operational support throughout Hillcrest Grand Lodge.

Requirements

  • A friendly, welcoming, and service-focused personality.
  • Previous concierge, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, senior living, customer-service, or business-office experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions-focused when unexpected needs arise.
  • Strong judgment and professionalism when handling resident concerns or confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently during evening and weekend hours while remaining connected to the larger community team.
  • Willingness to assist multiple departments when needed.
  • Comfort using computers, office technology, security systems, and administrative resources.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative or business-office functions.
  • Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and movement as needed.
  • Must be flexible and calm when working with residents, families, visitors, or team members during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work independently during evening and weekend hours.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to utilize computers, office technology, security systems, and available resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be comfortable supporting multiple departments and community needs during the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-high school clerical training or a degree with a business emphasis preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource and liaison for Grand Lodge residents while helping ensure weekend and evening operations run smoothly.
  • Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist residents with personalized services, questions, concerns, and community needs.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate communication regarding resident maintenance concerns and other service requests.
  • Manage visitors and outside vendors entering the community.
  • Maintain an accurate Daily Activity Log throughout the shift.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct security checks throughout common areas.
  • Complete the Oasis Spa end-of-day checklist.
  • Assist with trash removal as needed.
  • Support housekeeping, culinary, salon, and spa laundry needs when required.
  • Help maintain clean and welcoming lobby, administrative, and theater areas.
  • Assist the Administrator and Sales team with administrative and clerical responsibilities as needed.
  • Support Assisted Living and Memory Support areas as appropriate.
  • Assist Environmental Services with the setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Grand Hall.
  • Respond to resident needs and requests in a timely, positive, and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across Hillcrest Grand Lodge.
  • Assist with additional Concierge and community responsibilities as assigned.
