About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna. At Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna, our Concierge team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being a trusted point of contact in a senior living environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive sitting, bending, and standing movements
  • Comfort using technology and resources efficiently
  • Ability to follow infection control standards, policies, and procedures
  • STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of administrative office experience preferred
  • Post-high school training or degree with a business emphasis preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members
  • Assist residents with personalized services and daily needs
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and outside vendors
  • Support the Administrator and Marketing team with clerical and office management tasks
  • Maintain the shift Daily Activity Log
  • Monitor security cameras and complete security checks throughout common areas
  • Complete spa end-of-day checklist responsibilities
  • Assist with trash removal, laundry, and light housekeeping support as needed
  • Help keep the lobby, administrative areas, and theater clean and organized
  • Support Assisted Living, Memory Care, Environmental Services, and other departments as needed
  • Assist with setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Highlands Hall
