About The Position

Concierge at Cameo Beverly Hills is responsible for creating incredible memories for guests by providing information on local events, attractions, and hotel amenities. This role requires building local contacts, staying updated on services and attractions, and ensuring the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean. The Concierge will also provide food and beverage services, including mixing drinks, while adhering to responsible alcohol service laws.

Requirements

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or prior experience with local events.
• Proven customer service skills, including ability to be resourceful and creative.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create incredible memories for guests.
• Build local contacts and stay informed about local events to provide information to guests.
• Recommend things to see and do in the hotel and local area, with a focus on Instagrammable spots.
• Stay up-to-date on services and attractions, and guide guests to hotel amenities and services.
• Ensure the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean.
• Provide food and beverage services to guests, ensuring quality and presentation, and mixing drinks.
• Comply with applicable laws and responsible alcohol service.
