About The Position

The Concierge position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. The team of caring professionals work together to make senior residents feel at home in their communities.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
• Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed.
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Always strives to exceed expectations.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
