Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs
  • Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
  • Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned.
  • Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,
  • Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents
