Requirements

• Strong customer service skills as exhibited by the ability to deal tactfully with others and respond to situational issues in a patient, positive tone and with a "let's find a solution" mindset.
• Competent in PC and office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a receptionist, concierge position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge/clerical support.
• Greets visitors, answers phone calls.
• Establishes and sustains on a daily basis a high level of customer support as the first representative of Aberdeen Heights that one meets upon entering our facility.
